The FFA is currently conducting several sales to help fundraise their programs.
The FFA stands for Future Farmers of America and was founded in 1929 in Indiana. The purpose of the FFA is to build future leaders, and help pursue pathways for students.
The FFA is currently selling blueberries, mums, and holding a beef raffle. In October, the fruit sales will also occur. These fundraisers will benefit the FFA and help pay for students to attend camps as well as various different contests and events. There are multiple different Career Development Events (CDE) that you can participate in while active in FFA.
The FFA provides a vehicle for students to build lifelong friendships, better public speaking skills, and the ability to travel. Along with traveling, the FFA goes on a point trip every year. There is also the ability to travel around the state, and go to nationals.
